bad service.

Good day, would like to tell every the bad service I got from Webafrica. I missed a payment because of Covid-19. I have to pay a RECONNECTION FEE of R1010 00. Thats really pushing it more than the monthly fibre fees. Please every1 dont support Webafrica. They were very quick to collect their router. I am fisnnished with them. Even the couriour said alot of people are returning their routers and cancilling.
