Bad Service

Bad Customer Service by Phindile N , I requested for my refund as I have cancelled their service after reading their reviews. Phindile was so rude to start with she doesn't have a good customer service and she doesn't even know how to do her job. She ask me for proof of payment for a refund which I have send but she never attached it to the right department, her respond was I have send a request do do follow up in 24-48 hours, today again I do a follow up was helped by a different Consultant by the name of Lyndon L ,when he goes on to the system there was no proof of payment attached, he asked for another one than was told to wait 3-5 days no refence number, I believe these company must take their consultant for training because they taking us from pillar to post for same thing they are not compliant.
