BAD SERVICE

Webafrica has the worst and poorest customer service. they are quick to sell their product to the customer but has very bad service. I have been waiting to have a chat with one of the agents for the past week now. WhatsApp just has this annoying willie bot which is of no use to anyone. my suggestion cancel your contract and get a better service provider cause in the end we are the customer paying for a service.
