Bad service

I honestly hate the service I'm getting from webafrica agents, they don't even try to help all they do its transfer you to one department and another, we made a payment early thank the date but now they close my service when I inquire they just keep on transferring me. Then one agent will take forever to respond. This is a very bad service. Right now we can't work because we are not getting any feedback as if we are not paying
