Bad service

Worst service provided, i cancelled my previous residence in May yet still being debited for this account. Waiting for more than a week for a refund to find out they sent the email to the wrong person to accept the refund. II was debited more than 3 times this month and been charged by my bank because of the failure of the agents at web africa to make the correction on their side now im liable for costs!
