Bad service

Their service has to be the poorest. I changed from fibre to LTE and returned the router on the 23rd of June. End of July my connection was cut off because it's said that I did not return the router, I work remotely most of the time and so that means i cant addord to not have access to internet connectivity. They do not even have team leaders or managers to escallate to or even a call center to call and speak to a person. I wouldnt recomment them
