BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to get hold of the customer care for at least 5 days now, the agents when you finally do get through transfer you without even consulting you and the calling lines are so pathetic that you actually wait for hours without assistance. do you guys think that calls are free? all i wanted was my debit order to go out and query an unauthorized debit.
