Bad Service

I signed up with Webafrica on the 18th of May, the router was installed on the 3rd of June and my account was debited on the same day. I have not had connection since installation. I have reached out to them via whatsapp because I could never get through on the telephone. I am beyond frustrated at this point. Every person I speak to says they will follow up with Metrofibre and nothing has been done.
