bad service

I csncelled my LTE subscription with Rain and took a fibre deal with Webafrica ( vuma reach ) and that was the worst decision ever . i haven't been able to connect to the internet since the installation was done . took out two accounts for myself and my mother and both arent working . ive tried calling and cant get anyone . that whatsaap option is stupid because your agents arent helpful . twitter was also a deadend
