Bad Service

Really, WebAfrica's service is terrible. Our Wifi has been off since yesterday. First it was said that there is an outage in our area. Today, we are still sitting without WiFi. Apparently, the outage was fixed this morning. When contacting an agent, now they say it can take up to 3days to have this problem fixed. How can this be, you are paying for a service to be provided and you get answers like this? WebAfrica, please get your house in order. Must people purchase extra data to get connected to the world???? Once again. BAD, BAD BAD SERVICE.
