Bad review

I communicated with the sales team who was initially helpful. However, they claimed that they didn't receive my debit order last Tuesday, that's why I didn't get communication for when my router will arrive. I also didn't know that I had to make a pro rata payment days after I paid my R748 processing fee. Communication is not the best.
