BAD REFUNDERS
Absolutely disappointed with Webafrica. Waiting for refund for over a month after being promised it will be refunded within 15days. Have been on Whatsapp chat with 3 different agents non of them cared non of them helped.

Having to follow up multiple times on WhatsApp without clear resolution is not the experience expected. The account has been located and it is confirmed that the refund was logged for processing. This means the request is already in the refund workflow. At this stage, the refund has been completed on the system side and may take 3–5 working days to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing time.
