Bad poor service big no from me

Ive been trying to get a hold of them for a while now to cancel my wifi with them due to not being able to afford it so one of their agents with the name of Keenan said okay they can give me the 50% discount for three months until i sort my stuff out. And no discount they misleading their clients not to cancel. And ive been calling sending whatsapp messages and on their app no respond nothing.
