BAD OR NO SERVICE AT ALL

My bad experience with Webafrica started on the 12th of March 2024.(In actual fact the day that I chose them as my IP!!!!!!) Firstly I waited a looooong time for my VOIP phone to be delivered. They promise a delivery period of 2-5 business days. I completed all relevant documents to have my Telkom landline ported to their system. Order number *** was issued on the above-mentioned date. To get to speak to competent people on their whatsapp chatline does not exist. You are sent back and forth from the one agent to the other. The request/order has not been completed, although they promise +- 14 business days for completion. Once you order a new product/service from them, they jump for joy, but oh my goodness!!!! That is where their service stops with a brunt!!!!
