Bad ISP signal and service

I have LTE uncapped. I posted a complaint about their internet connection (which by the way, is Telkom), to find out it is Telkom the useless BBBBEEEE company signal that is VERY BAD!!!. My signal just disappears sometimes for 10 mins to 2 hours. Today I phoned after an hour (usually I log tickets on their website) ****ped all over them, and the support said I must switch my router off and on again, and voila it works. This the second time I phoned them in 4 weeks and why suddenly when you phone and wet your pants, it starts to work. Very strange...…….. Well, I am now 100% sure they manipulate the signal. If you don't complain, they leave it off. They save, and ***** your monthly subscription, don't they!!! Worst of all is that when you look at Hello Peter, all ISP's are totally useless, WHO THE HELL DO YOU USE????
