Bad internet, support is unreachable for over a week now and no response.

My internet went down for a whole day, I tried all support channels, WhatsApp, phone, email and ticket. It has been 5 days now and they never called back or rep**** to my case although I sent them multiple times.

My internet eventually started to work, but after using mobile data for a day which costed me.

I am cancelling my subscription. If an internet provider can't provide quick support for unavailable internet, then it's not reliable to use for anything.

Avoid this provider, it's not worth the money.
