Bad Internet service provider

Just over a month ago I subscribed to a data package with Webafrica. Right from the start things started to go wrong. The communication with this company is almost non existant. They got the order wrong and gave me the wrong package. Every time I tried to talk to someone it was impossible, they fobbed you off to a whatsapp robot. When you eventually got through to an agent you would wait so long that you lose impatience. The promises the agents made to get back to you were empty air, nobody got back to me. Meanwhile they kept debiting my credit card for stuff I did not even no about. I have let them know as best I could that I am cancelling my contract and no one has even bothered to try and contact me. I even cancelled my credit card in order to prevent further debits from this company. I have never had a worse experience with any other company for whatever product or service I have used than this one. Be warned
