BAD INTERNET SERVICE

For almost a month strugeling to get proper internet connection You do all there tests you send them pics of download rates updates and internet connection fails and all you get is being passed from one so called technician to another starting all over explaining what is going on and what is happening on the web sight you get promised 24h to 48h response this is more like days and no answers and don`t even try calling on a Friday or over a weekend now i have to use my phone USB tethering witch include more cost to me to be able to get work done Yet i have to pay Webafrica for no service

ps* when i sighed on 4 years ago i had no problems Now you get no connections lost connections promise of 10mb line but i don`t even get 112kb yes that is correct kb\s

so hello peter i ask for your help
