Bad internet connection service.

Its has been 5 days now, slow speed to none internet connection, i have reported the matyer on their watsapp platform numerous times, just to get “sorry for the inconvenience, our team is working on it”, yet no formal communication on what is happening, what makes me upset is that come end of the month a full debit will be take while i did not get my money’s worth. Bad service.
