Bad Install

I have been battling to get someone to assist me to get my NEW internet connection going. When someone do get through to you, they are so freaken rude. My service ticket number is 27771. No, my modem is setup, we have tried setting up the connection on the laptop directly to the ONT, does not work. I want someone at my property today to come and fix this issue. I would like the brand manager from webafrica for vodacom to contact me please. My details are on the ticket.
