Bad feedback and service

I recently app**** for fibre( 2 weeks ago) and to date I am still waiting for installation. I have contacted WebAfrica's call center and I was assured that a manager would contact me regarding the installation...to date i have been made numerous promises that i would be given feedback but I am still waiting...what terrible service...you guys suck...I should have went with MWeb instead...I dont recommend these guys to anyone
