Bad experience with Webafrica

Worst experience ever, you cant get get through to support you have to go through sales for one to talk to someone. Sales team can only email or redirect you to whatsapp and still you can get through to any agent for days or willie the bot get stuck after asking for your email. I have a query that has lasted 15 days now and still cant get assistance.

Im tired of getting apology statements from the staff and still dont get results.
