BAD EXPERIENCE

On 26 September 2025 I requested an upgrade from a 30/30 line to 50/25 via whatsupp which was never done due to the agent struggling ( the word that she used) and never returned to confirm. Thus we still runs on the 30/30 line which can be confirmed with the line speed. My account on end of Oct 2025 shows now that I have 2 lines on my account which they have charged me. Definitely the agent loaded it as a new application instead of an UPGRADE.

I have complained about it, but they left the 2 lines and I paid even more at the end of Nov 2025

They not even refunded me correctly.

Also you struggle to cancel their services and you must pay a cancellation fee of R999.

Be aware of this.
