Bad experience

Once again I’m disappointed by Webafrica. I have been awaiting my refund since the 2nd of May - (***). There is no feedback available as usual! I was incorrectly debited for a service I cancelled and these people are delaying paying back my money. I cancelled with them due to their incompetence and yet I’m still dealing with them. I wouldn’t recommend them even to my worst enemy.
