Bad delivery service and activation time!

How long do we have to wait for sim activation?? First they had my Rica and delivery address mixed up now I'm waiting forever to get on line! And customer service says well it's like Eskom we never know when they going to active it! *** man I didn't ask for electric just my LTE card and internet!! Bad service!
