Bad customers services

Webafrica is the worst service provider i even waiting to be connected since Monday they ask me to make payment n their watsapp method is poor communication coz u will never get an agent to spark to gud people if you know what's gud for you don't go with them for the past two days I can't watch my TV coz am disconnected I just want them to refund me my 399 bank to pay my ne isp cos they are failing
