BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE

I have ordered a LTE Service the beginning of August and it was said 5 working days until it arrived. until today i have still not received anything and the best part is they already deducted my account. I have not received any order tracking or any updates from their side. Their customer service is poor and this is no way to treat your customers!!! Especially a new customer. Im not impressed.
