Bad Customer Support Service

I have been a customer of Webafrica for years. Rarely do they have issues but this is unacceptable.

Logged a ticket on the 14-04-2020 11:07 PM not being able to reach some IP's.

I had to phone in to get status updates, not once did the agents get back with feedback like they said they would and today 19/04 I checked for feedback the ticket was closed with no feedback or effort to resolve this issue.

I have in the past recommended this company but due to the lack of feedback I will be moving my service to a ironically cheaper service provider for the same!
