Bad customer support

Customer support is very very pathetic, placed an order for fibre on 1st June, till today - no1 has phoned me; I phone the call centre to hold for +20 minutes - eventually, I am told my fibre was installed YET I do not have the service - I am practically waiting to get feedback on the installation date!! So disappointed.
