Bad customer support

Disappointed with how webafrica and vumatel are handling support for customers, i have logged in complaint about my internet being down but still haven't received help since 27 May 2021, all im getting is a bot. Both webafrica and vumatel have no direct customer service number and email what kind of a service is this were customer cannot call to get direct assistance.
