Bad Customer Services

I had 2 services on my account . My lease was going to expire in 2 months and i informed them that i would need to cancel the 1 service. I confirmed with multiple agents that the service has been cancelled. In December i moved in to a new property and wanted to order a service , they informed me that i cant because there is a suspend services on my name , the service which they confirmed was cancelled. I have been trying to get them to correct this on multiple occasions though out last week. Before i could explain the full story tot he agents they transfer me to a new change and this continue through out the entire week.
