Bad customer service/no service

This is my 5th day without internet access. I cannot get to speak to an agent as the chats does not go pass the 1st process. It is so frustrating not to be able to talk to a person. My income depends on having internet access and I have to scramble every day to find a place to work. I do not know what to do anymore but this morning my debit order went off. Their service is pathetic
