Bad customer service Webafrica.

Hello, I ordered a new rooter and service on 3 March. This was paid in full. To date, no info, communication or service for order ***. Impossible to reach anyone who can help. This type of customer service is unacceptable and stinks, to say the least. If this is the standard of customer service, what can be expected of the internet service they provide????
