Bad Customer Service Is Never Ending !

Once again your company is consistent in messing things up.

My connection is constantly dropping making it almost impossible to work and earn a living and yet you expect payment at the end of the month.

I have done all necessary troubleshooting and I am sure my router is faulty. The connection keeps on dropping while connected with an ethernet cable or wi-fi.

After waiting since last week when I was told that a technician will come and see what is wrong I am still waiting and I am very frustrated with the lies I am constantly being told.

There is not a single person on your whatsapp line that has successfully assisted me. It is way too stressful to use your whatsapp line . It's a joke and the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I look forward to the brave soul that will be contacting me, seeing that your management never calls when escalating anything.
