Bad Customer service from Webafrica

Billing issues, sluggish support. MTN Uncapped LTE doesn't work and it's been over a week since it has been delivered. They don't have the decency to call back and assist the customer. As a customer you are subjected to an infinite loop of chatbot and chats.

I have been with them since 2016, but I am now canceling their service.
