Bad Customer Service from Webafrica

The service I have received from Webafrica is terrible, I wait for max of 2 hours in their Whatsapp chat with out any assistance they keep on telling me that they will connect me with the next available agent which takes hours of waiting, the worst thing is they have debited my bank account for the services that have not been rendered while they are aware that they still need to get someone from Vuma to complete the installation. I will be dealing with dealing with Webafrica for the next 12 months because of the contact I signed with them just not happy and considering looking for an alternative.
