Bad customer service

I had a really bad experience with web africa, i placed an order on 3rd and they deducted the money but it's been 5days now where one of their agents LeboM keeps transferring back or forth or gives wrong information to another agent

I honestly appreciate that one their sales assistants SadiaC assisted me well, and basically explained to me everything that i needed, and have been asking for the last 5days
