BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA

I signed up for webafrica not even in a months time, Within the same month, I had payment issues where they take my money and want another payment.

I received the sim card and the sim never worked also in the approved router. I havent used the service for a month and now they dont want me to cancel after ive been trying to get in touch with them for the entire month no one replies or chats on the webchat service.

I got another bill i honestly dont know what for because i havent used their service, I gave them i nice rating on google reviews aswell, which i regret because they have bad servicem no customer service skills.

I want that **** cancelled cause i never used it and i refuse to pay for stuff i havent used.
