Bad customer service

I paid my account on the 26 february when i got home my wifi was on,then on 27th it was disconnected again upon requesting as to why it was disconnectes i was told that i paid wrong account my qestion is if i paid wrong account why would it be reconnected the day i paid it.I was then asked to pay another amount of R400 which i did & was told the R400 i paid will be reimbursed to my account uptil today i have not received my money & my wifi was'nt connected.I have been speaking to several agents unathi & a few other agents but no outcome.The worst service ever i would'nt recommend web africa to any body.
