Bad customer service and empty promises

I have paid my account but they have still not activated my wifi. I have called, emailed and used their whatsapp contact but we still have not received any help. When we call and ask for sales we get an agent but for queries no one assists us. It's like they are more interested in getting new clients then keeping the ones they have. Endless promises which are not even fulfilled, they say a agent will call but then nothing. Even if you call the phone rings unanswered.
