BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

One of the worst customer service. To report a complain or error you need to go via their WhatsApp service and there is never an agent available to assist. There internet connection is always down and there is no communication to their clients nor anyone to assist. I report a bad connection two days ago and their Bot is still trying to connect me to an agent. Super BAD SERVICE
