Bad customer service

Where to start. I since I have joined Webafrica I have multiple problems with payment issues. I have made every month my payment and send proof of payment to them they still suspended my line and every month I need to communicate with them on WhatsApp. You can not call the accounts department or speak to a supervisor in connection with the problems. Multiple customers are have the same issue you can only communicate with then on WhatsApp. That is pathetic.
