Bad Customer Service

Before moving to my new apartment, I did a moving homes request, and they said I should be at the address before they can process that. It's two weeks later, and they are still doing a line clearance. I've been told to wait for 24-48 hours for two weeks now. They are so slow and they don't try to resolve issues in a timely manner. what an inconvenience for me as a client
