Bad customer service

Worst customer service i have ever had i have done my payments and still no connection i have been talking to the stupid robot and about 10 live chat ppl on the stupid watsapp and all of the sed that they will investigate the issue didn't know a fiber issue investigation takes almost as long as a ****** investigation . There after i tried to cancel my service and no one can even help me to cancel and get my money back and if you call them its never available this has got to be the worst isp ever .
