Bad customer service
I recently terminated my account with them because I couldn't afford the payments. My account is 2 months in arrears so they said if I return the router they provided the outstanding balance will go down.
They arranged collection of the router with Internet express, it was collected and delivered to them but now they are insisting they didn't receive it. I'm getting messages from debt collectors and the amount they're asking for is incorrect. I spend hours going back and forth with their agents on whatsapp with no help at all.

We understand how frustrating and concerning it must be to receive communications regarding an outstanding balance when you believe the router was returned as agreed. Having to spend hours seeking assistance while still not receiving clarity on the account can understandably leave you feeling disappointed and unsupported. We'd appreciate the opportunity to take a closer look into the matter. Kindly send us a direct message via Hello Peter confirming whether you have any proof of return, such as a waybill, collection receipt, or tracking reference from the courier. This will assist us in investigating the router return and the associated billing concerns more thoroughly. We remain committed to ensuring our customers receive clear communication and the support they need when resolving account-related matters.
Warm regards,
