Bad customer service

I called in this morning (8:10am) asking about my upload speed, it was 8.04Mb and it suppose to be 10Mb. They requested a refresh and after i turned on the router it was not working, connection down. I then told Emelboniez Isaacs that i need this issue resolved because i called in with slow connection issue and now I have no connection. I asked for the manager since my issue can not be resolved, I was told the manager can only call me back after 24 to 48Hrs which is a bad customer service, I have a presentation at 12pm and i'm going to miss it because of their bad service. They don't even show empathy, If i miss this presentation i will be sending them my invoice.
