Bad customer service

Webafrica supp**** internet service too two of my properties since 2018. The connection is good, but their customer service is sooo terrible. I tried so many times on different occasion. They are only available via boot chat, no email or other communication possible. Most of the time, like today, I hang in there for more than one hour, to no avail. Nobody really interested in helping or answering my request. What a nuisance, they use the power of AI and are just trying us out to give up - and pay!
