******, Bad Customer service

I app**** & received simcard from Webafrica. I neve got connection from Webafrica I tried to notify them as I work from home,meaning i need connection at all times. it so frustrating chatting with them via whatsup, till today I was nver assited & now the are demandig payment for a service that i never used. They are so unproffesional & their Customer service sucks big time. they are the worst. i would give them Zero star if that option was available. !!!! Stay away from WEBAFRICA
