Bad customer service

I made payment to them and was told it was linked to the incorrect address therefore they must refund me. They said they processed the refund spoke to Bandlakazi. I waited for more than a week, I then contacted them and they said it was done incorrectly. Spoke to Sune and he said hos doing it, from the 7th and still waiting. What a bad and ********** experience this is. They don't take us serious. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
