Bad customer service

They're customer service it's terrible I've been trying to get help since feb till today, I've paid on the 07 Feb cause they've send me a message that my area is life for internet the following day the came install the router but it never worked till today, when you call they tell you different stories, I've even tried what up them I was the will look into the problem but nothing, they busy sending me messages that I must pay again, of which I paid at first for nothing I didn't use their internet I'm disappointed, wouldn't recommend Webafrica to anyone they're service it's bad.
